Mcdonald's Restaurants - Redbridge

I used the self service machine which didn't print the receipt. I then waited 15 minutes for a caramel iced frapè. I had seen that they had made two which to my surprise weren't for me. Another had just been made and left on the side in a large cup that was only half full. I then enquired where my frapè was and they ummed and ahhed when I asked they then gave me the half full frapè I then asked where the rest of it was and they ignored me so I was left with a watery half empty frapè on the plus monopoly is back and to top it off didn't even win anything.

Worst restaurant . Always full with teens that are not ordering, no places to sit because of them and now they even vaping and nobody cares. It seems that nobody is cleaning here because it was a real mess.

Entered the restaurant and went to the self service machine to order as my bus wasn’t due for another 15 minutes. The website said it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s hence why I went in at 11pm this evening. The doors were open and they were taking orders from the drive thru. The staff shouted at me from over the counter claiming the restaurant was closed. It was clear they were still open as there was over 5 members of staff at the till and by the windows for the drive thru. I left the restaurant without even debating whether they were open or not. I never argue with companies who refuse my custom. Going forward they should update the website to advertise the correct opening times. They should also lock the restaurant doors if the restaurant is suppose to be closed.

The food was stone cold and didn't take long to come out so no excuses on time from prep to me, bun was hard too, waste of money

The restrooms were a nightmare; both toilets had diarrhea and two urinals were overflowing with urine. It was a truly unpleasant experience.
