The worst KFC experience I've ever had. I had to wait 25 minutes for my order, even though it's supposed to be fast food. The staff was rude and the manager was unhelpful.
I ordered a variety box from KFC through their app, but when I opened the bag, I noticed that the box had no lid and the 8 hot wings and 4 mini fillets were missing from my order. My customer ID is KFC-D-9907. I tried calling the number on the receipt, and I am currently still on hold.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely disrespectful when I asked for something to clean the dirty table. Their response was unacceptable and their manners were lacking. Additionally, I observed them throwing away a significant portion of fries.
This is the worst kfc i have been to. I have given it so many chances. Ask for chicken breast, they never have it or wait 20 mins for it. The staff at the front are rude and not helpful at all. Zero customer service!!!
Categorically the worst KCF I have ever been to. This is not just after one visit, but after several. So not just a bad day for them, but consistently rubbish. More often than not, the chicken is bone dry and their buns are not fresh. If I could give them a negative star I would give them the absolute maximum amount I could.
