i visited kfc eastham today at 20:15 ordered 2 pc meal. the girl name Fara served me. It was quite busy at that time but Fara was serving customers very politely and professionally. I must say Fara knows the BEST customer service. 10/10. Food and atmosphere was good too. View all feedback.

Hello there we went for staff are very rude I like too say too all the costomer not orders in this kFC again this kfc harassing too public also the delivery person tell us they are harassing too drivers too
We went to KFC last night and were extremely disappointed. The staff was very rude and our food was cold and not up to par. We will not be returning.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant where the food was burnt, inedible, and disgusting. It was so bad that I ended up giving it to my dogs. When we tried to complain, the staff refused to address the issue and did not offer a refund. I will never dine at KFC again.

We had the worst experience as family. I was assaulted my wife was threatened to get a punch in her face if she didn’t move away because she was trying to protect me. That all happened before our 3 years old kid. If my brave wife weren’t there with us, I would’ve been in hospital fighting for my life. Our kid wanted to eat KFC we unfortunately took him to your East Ham restaurant on 21/08/2021 at 2025 UK time. We ordered half of our food from kiosk but we were unable to order the deal of week from kiosk. So I went to till to order remaining of food, I saw one guy with hoodie and covered face having some argument with your staff. He was aggressive your staff was ignoring as nothing happened. Without solving his issue, they asked me to come forward order. Once I ordered and about to pay, that guy pushed me. I was shocked when I looked at the staff, they didn’t say anything. The guy started shouting at them and me too when it was never my fault I didn’t know why. I was standing there with shock but he suddenly came towards me he started trying hitting me while swinging his both arms and fists. I run towards other side of the restaurant he ran after me. I fell down because he was running after me. When my wife saw that, she just came to protect me leaving our 3 years son alone on table because he was after me was about to kick and punch. I was on the floor she came between me him. She asked him to stay away from her husband but then he started threatening her to stay away otherwise he would punch her face too. She was so brave didn’t move asked him to leave my husband alone but he kept threatening her but when he saw that my wife wasn’t moving away and there were other people in restaurant too, he went towards tills and started threatening your staff and banging chairs and tills. Only my brave WIFE saved me otherwise I would have been in hospital right now. In that whole episode of horror, your staff was standing literally did nothing. They didn’t even call the police when I was being assaulted and my wife was being threatened. At first, they were having problem with that customer and without solving they asked me to order and pay which that hoodie guy didn’t like. We went there to eat and what we got, assault threats because your staff didn’t do their job properly. I phoned 999 National Emergency Service recorded the whole cruel incident which your staff should have done. My Crime Reference Number is 5324535/21 21/8/2021. The guy on the phone was million times more kind and comforting than your staff ever were. In the end, when I asked Team Leader Ruta, who was running the restaurant, why she didn’t phone the Metropolitan Police Service, she said that someone told her that someone was calling. That was exactly her answer without and empathy. She didn’t even say simple word of sorry after what happened to us. How cruel and inhumane someone could be? She then said that she wasn’t there and didn’t see anything when she was on the till and having arguments with that guy who assaulted me and threatened my wife. This is indeed the worst experience, we as a family ever faced before our 3 years old kid. We didn’t come to KFC for that your staff was inhumane, poorly trained to deal that kind of incident, lack empathy and didn’t even know how to apologise. In the end, one sitting customer asked us how we were and other said that KFC should have phoned police that was the least they could have done. Besides, we as a family would never visit there again. I really don’t know what to say but we are still at shock and don’t know what I did so we were treated like that and your staff was so unprofessional who lack empathy. I never expected them to rescue us but they should have not only called the police straight way but they would also not have asked me to come pay before resolving argument with that horrible aggressive man. Our whole family could have severally beaten. No one comes to your restaurant for that kind of experience. Shame on you KFC for hiring people like them.
