The restaurant lacks respect for customers. The owner is impolite and conceited! The prices are too high and the shisha burns out quickly.

This is likely the best lounge in Ilford! It is incredibly beautiful with a fantastic atmosphere and vibe. The decor is elegant and classy, not the typical tacky lounge decor. What sets it apart is that it also serves Indian street food in a more upscale manner, with beautiful crockery. We tried the papri chaat, which we highly recommend along with the gol gappey. The keema naan was also delicious, as were the wraps. The milk cake was the highlight of the meal, simply amazing. It was served with a jar of condensed milk, the best milk cake I have ever tasted. The shisha was great, with efficient coal changes and excellent service. The staff were friendly and engaging, without being intrusive. The only drawback was that the shisha flavors were somewhat limited, but they had the most popular ones available. One minor suggestion would be to inform customers that it is cash only before seating them, or to have clear notices in place. We had to scramble to gather enough cash, as most places accept cards in these times. Investing in a card machine would be a wise move.

The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. It's surprising that they are still in business. I was there for about 2 hours and had to keep asking for coal changes. One of my friends even had to get up and walk over to ask for something. This kind of service is unacceptable for a business, and I hope they make changes soon.

I came here today with 2 of my other friends having high hopes after we looked on the Instagram page but unfortunately it was not upto standard, for starters we got seated near the entrance and it was freezing cold, we asked if they could move us when there was clearly a table free the owner said we couldn’t have it. The food came and it got cold straight away as we were by the door and the food could of been better if we were seated somewhere else. To sum up, our mozeralla dippers came warm and went cold in 1 minute : We were going to order shisha but we were so cold that we had to leave. Very disappointing for a first timers.

A very lively shisha and restaurant. Shisha prices are a bit on the high end but service and smoke is good. Coal changes frequent enough. The place is very busy at the weekends so would recommend getting there early. They have a simple food menu, burgers, grill etc but the prices are very reasonable and tasty. Note that it is CASH ONLY and the only nearby free cash machine is at Sainsbury's local.
