What PJosephN doesn't like about Ambala:
The dessert I purchased yesterday had a spoiled taste due to the old coconut flakes. The staff did not allow me to sample a small bite before purchasing, which was disappointing. The service was not up to par. View all feedback.
Absolutely stunning quality of Indian / Pakistani sweets. Thank you it is not accessible from my home, otherwise I could not have avoided the attempt to buy sweets every day. they also help them with a box of mixed sweets. it is very clean and the personal also maintains hygienic conditions and practices at the site. the personal is polite and fast too

Great service, although it is super busy today for the eid erush. the personal was really helpful and efficient. it was worth waiting to come into the load.
I love Ambala but the service and quality, especially of the Habsi has been questionable. Over the years we must have spent thousands of pounds in Ambala with various special occasions. It's a shame that they have taken their core customers for granted. For example, usually when someone goes into Ambala, it is to celebrate and thus the atmosphere especially from the staff should be reflective of that. However, sometimes the staff can be very standoffish and rude. It's a shame because the product 20 years since I've been using them is still great and current.
