Took almost half an hour to complete the order and then provided the wrong sandwich, only didn't inform them as it was late evening and didn't want to wait another 30 minutes. Service: Dine in Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3

We waited for the food that was plonked on the counter and that wasn’t explained properly that it was ours!! Then the member of staff goes to the back and doesn’t come back to the counter for some time after! Then when she eventually returned was asked what we were waiting for!! Having not told us clearly that it was ours and then by the time we sat to eat it was cold, no cups and got some of the sides wrong! Not happy with the food, or service. Won’t be returning for that kind of disappointment.

App wasn't acknowledging my blue light card discount, and staff members refused to process the order with a bluelight card! Never had a problem with any other kfc when app wouldn't work! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
