Mcdonald's - Red Springs

More than disappointed!!! Only ordered a fry and a milkshake ..was handed milkshake and pulled up for the fry. 26 minutes later young lady comes and ask me what I was waiting on. 5 more minutes and I finally have the fry. Oh...but it must be ok because she gave me a large instead of a medium. Uggghhhhh. The service just continues to get worse!!!

This place was actually hitting on it today I was actually surprised. My order for one was completely correct, also the food was hot and the employees were all polite. They are turning this place around it seems.

Used the McDonald's app to place my order and still didn't get my order any faster because you they don't start order until you arrive. The one other time I used the app I thought they started the order as soon as you sent it in. However, that's not what caused the 2 stars. Instead the hamburglar coming in they have a fryburglar. Every fry container was shorted the same amount of fry's which leads me to believe there's a conspiracy to jip people. Also I ordered a 1/4 pounder no onions but it looked like they gave me extra. You can remove onions from a burger but can't remove the flavor. In the end I was full but not satisfied with the total experience. It is McDonalds however so I will live and yes I did take time to take a pic to validate 1 of my claims.

I stopped with these MDs and received very good service

Every time I go and get the Burrito meal they ask what kind of sauce I want, and they never gave it to me. Why do you ask if you don't put it in your pocket?! After working with McDonalds for two years, I know how it works and how it works in the kitchen. I went the other day with my girlfriend for breakfast, we came at 10:28 and the people before us were served breakfast no problem. They would not allow us to get breakfast at all, although I know that after the transition a whole TRAY breakfast food is kept warm by the warmer.
