Whataburger - Red Oak

This is the most horrible place to order food disregard made to order. First I waited by the mic for 20mins and no one answered the mic. I blew my horn no answer so I drove up to the drive thru window and this Guy took my order with one blue gloves on handling money and food with same gloves on. I told him that I wanted my burger and fries fresh and he said yes. I waited 25mins at the window and got home my fries fried hard like it’s re cook and my burger cold and patty hard on the edges. They had like 5 people working in the front and no one can make order fresh. Whataburger going down hill I used to love it but now I hate it and this the last straw I’m done
