Kfc - Red Oak

This is not okay, some people are saying the same things people are very unprofessional at this location of KFC red oak, Texas Ovilla rd! Get it together!

Service is not all that great, it is horrible food was under cooked barely get any fries. Horrible customer service especially from leader/manger which is the talk old black man with glasses who seemed uninterested didn't even apologize. Everyone seemed careless one of the cashiers was very rude had an attitude at the menu order. I will not come back to this KFC again! Never! I wasted my gas having to drive back up there!

Red Oaks restaurant is disgusting inside. Ants all over the place, floor hasn't been swept in ages. Tables were gross. Not a single person in the restaurant, yet the 5 employees were standing around doing nothing but talking loud, should have cleaned and make chicken nuggets (a chicken place runs out of chicken? . Can't believe this passes health codes.

There drinks were flat they said they had no ice lot of people looked like they stopped eating there cause service is lousy need better employees or closed

It's 7pm on a Saturday I pull up to the drive thru and they said all they have is 4 breast and 2 wing and they didn't have any chicken cooking.So I asked how long it take she said about a hrs, and this was the Manager with pink braids. They need to fired everybody, they was not there to work smdh.
