The chicken fingers were excellent, and I really enjoyed the creamy dipping sauce. The rolls were delicious and light. However, the staff left something to be desired; they were just okay and not very attentive in terms of customer service. On a positive note, the quick drive-thru service was a pleasant surprise. What MenuPix User doesn't like about Chicken Express:
I had a disappointing experience at the Panda location in 75154. The employees, starting from corporate, were rude and unhelpful. The food served was old, and the tea was stale. When I asked for the teriyaki sauce that is supposed to accompany the teriyaki chicken, the employee told me that the cook was on lunch and hadn't made any. Additionally, I encountered difficulties trying to reach customer service; the phone... View all feedback.
The employees not only looked at us and laughed when we requested extra ranch, but one girl even rolled her eyes when my friend said thank you and wished her a great day. The new staff is incredibly disrespectful, and we had to repeat our order four times before they finally got it right—only for it to still be incorrect. Customer service has really declined over the past few years; it's truly disappointing.
In the past two years, the service at this restaurant has declined significantly. I appreciated this place for hiring young people entering the workforce, but it seems that most of the staff now has a poor attitude, especially those at the front. Not everyone seems to care about the customers. I used to enjoy coming here, but from now on, I think I’ll choose Chick-fil-A instead.

Fried chicken was hot and freshly cooked. Staff on the window had a great personality. Buyed apple cake, which I think was overpriced for the offer and taste. Popeye's is better (if freshly cooked) and cheaper.
We waited roughly 45 minutes from the time the food was ordered to the time it was ready. The manager offered nothing to compensate for the delay (no water, nothing off the bill, not even a ?sorry for the delay? and seemed very unhappy to even be there. The only redeeming value was that the food was hot. That?s literally it. I felt bad for the workers because they get paid $10 an hour at most and they seemed to be doing the best they could under the circumstances.
