Wendy's - Red Lion

I don 't know what happened HERE at the Cape Horn location. But not sure if I will return. About 3 months ago I went here and all was EXCELLENT! This morning I stop first there 's no customers there but had to hold for almost 5 minutes. I order a combo with orange juice, Cinnamon pull apart and a cold brew with caramel flavor. Well, I get food and pull off. Half way home I realize no orange juice. Ok fine. Get home and the cold brew just isn 't right PLUS there is no caramel flavoring. On top of that, they couldn 't get the tap pay to work. ??‍ You gotta hold it closer sir. Me Man, At this point I am laying it on top of it. Nevermind, I give you the card. I just used tap across...you don 't care. Here you go. So guess with that I should have checked my items before pulling off. ??‍

Really great service at the Windsor Commons. Wendy's. The food is decent. I always get the apple pecan salad.

This location always has some of the nicest staff. Always willing to do help with special requests. (Especially for my pup) Drive thru moves very fast compared to others in the area.

They use to be good. The people they have hired lately are horrible at cooking. Food is eaither over done or under done and they are super slow!!!!! The past 2 times we sat in line for almost 1 hour! Edit... 2 years later and still horrible!!!! People that work there are rude, an they can't even melt cheese for the cheese fries an my sons sandwich was cold. Smh. Im done with this place. This place is expensive and they can't even make sure people are getting what they ask for!!

Couldn't believe that I was up-charged $0.50 because I asked for lemonade instead of soda. Took way too long to get thru the drive thru.
