Icecream with a museum in the back open to the public. Ice cream is creamy. They have unique aromas of ice cream. They also have season flavors available. The staff is very friendly and patient. The museum is cool to see and has many interactive things to do. You can also have a place in the museum room while eating ice cream. Below is that they do not keep the museum area clean. Plan a day trip into this area of Red Hook, Brooklyn and make this place the MUST STOP BY. Grateful! Yes, we are grateful! We had such a wonderful time to visit this place when we were greeted by Tash and Alice. Learn more about the history of the ice and how they became the largest ice producers in NYC... AMAZING!!!
Cool ice cream selection. Could be easier on sugar; after a few bites, the aromas quite drown in excessive sweetness. Handicraft ice cream should be more about character and less about clear sugar (we already have generic ice cream for it).

Plenty of hills is one of the best ice cream shops of NYCs, especially if you like “stuff” in your ice cream. This is a fun visit if you want to have an interactive experience, you can learn a bit about the ice making process, dip into the factory, and get a shovel while you are there. Plus red hook is a great place to explore!
Pretty sure the milk honey flavor is the best ice cream I’ve ever had. No joke. Unreal stuff. Perfect creamy texture. Sweet salty flavor. Delicious!
