I tried calling several times about my experience with food poisoning, but they wouldn't answer. Eventually, I had to go in person, only to be denied a refund for my meal because they claimed I needed to prove that I had food poisoning. I wonder if I will ever eat at Umi Sushi again. Dining here is an amazing experience! It's truly worth every penny. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys this type of cuisine.

The food was poorly packaged and tasted off—not spoiled, but certainly not fresh. When I removed the lid, there was a mess with half of the food stuck to it. Given the price, it wasn't worth it at all. They clearly have no idea how to manage a restaurant.
All they sell here are California rolling with different toppings. sobeys makes better with their roll selection. You have to put it up when you charge me $10 for a Cali roll.
Ordered a bubble tea thinking it was green tea then got it and saw that it had milk in it, which I am allergic to. Asked for a new one because i cant actually drink it and they told me i would have to pay for another one because then they're wasting money. From throwing out one drink.. I can't imagine it costing them more than a dollar to make the drink and it costed me 6. They said I would have to spill it in order to get another made, so I said okay I'll just spill it, but I'm not making the custodians clean that up so you make me a new drink. VERY DISSATISFIED.
