What Mathew Krajcik doesn't like about Big Bend Market:
I took in 48 lbs of venison trim and had Chorizo and Garlic Frying Sausage made up. It was terrible. It was green. Tasted like they had put in 10 times too much oregano. When I questioned the 'sausage maker' he told me they get their spices pre mixed and all they do is the mixing and making of the sausage. Amazing Bison cuts.Fabulous selection for lunch ,varies of unusual soft drinks and juices,Shop the market area too, plenty of fun, tasty items.

Food is locally sourced which is awesome but the new owners have increased the prices significantly and I don't know any of the staff anymore
This isn't somewhere you would think of going for lunch but they have great sandwiches, soup and salad. I had a Greek salad at $5.95 and it was excellent. In the past i have had sandwiches and they are piled high with the filling. highly recommend.
Great homemade soup and sandwich, fresh deli meats as well as full meat market! Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful!
