However, there were no cars in the drive-thru, only six people inside the restaurant, and just one customer placing an order. Given her response, I won’t be returning. A dirty restroom suggests a dirty kitchen, which raises serious concerns about food safety. I visited that location on Wednesday at 5:35 PM.

This A&W does not take food standards seriously. They served my 6 month pregnant wife an undercooked burger. unfortunately she ate almost half before noticing. Pregnant or not serving people undercooked food is unacceptable, but can seriously harm a pregnant women and an unborn baby. When we called to complain the manager did not seem to care at all, offered us a new burger or a refund. She insisted that her staff follow the timers so it couldn’t possibly be undercooked. She was not empathetic or even concerned about this AT ALL. It was horrible and situating service all around. We have submitted a complaint to head office and will also be contacting the health inspector. We are just hoping my wife does not get sick from that burger. The fries were cold and the order was also wrong so it’s clear they do not care about quality. Photos do not completely capture the raw/pink look.

When I brought it to thei... read more We ordered four Beyond Meat burgers, and I paid for them when the order was placed. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with the order. When I brought it to their attention, despite it being the staff's error, they charged me for the extra items. The manager's customer service was quite disappointing; they didn’t make any effort to ensure the customer was satisfied and instead insisted I pay extra for everything. I've never experienced such poor customer service before. It was truly ridiculous.
