Whenever I visit the drive-thru, I am always pleased with my experience. My order is ready quickly and served at the right temperature, whether hot or cold. The service is outstanding! I think the person who usually serves me at the drive-thru is the manager, and he really knows how to keep things running smoothly! When I travel and visit other Starbucks locations, I often feel disappointed because I expect the same high standards I receive at my local Starbucks.
