What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I inquired about a Chewbacca drink, but the waitress mistakenly thought it was a Star Wars character. I explained that it is actually a beverage at Starbucks that I had tried before. She insisted they didn't serve it and refused to look it up on Google. View all feedback.
The person in the drive thru was knowledgeable about being lactose or vegan because of how I ordered.
I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks all over the country. So I went inside to order and mess up the whole order. I'm very disappointed in the quality of service
The service is slow at this restaurant. I have tried both dining in and using the drive-thru, hoping it was just a one-time issue, but it was not. The drive-thru is hard to navigate, and when you reach the window, there is a large pothole. When leaving, there is a strange speed bump to maneuver around. I recommend going to the location on Antelope Blvd instead.
I only used the drive-thru window and got coffee, but it was great.
There may be limited indoor seating at times, but overall this restaurant is fantastic.
