Jack's - Red Bay

This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed it. The menu offered a great variety of options, and the atmosphere felt unique. I tried the Jacks with fries and a rich chocolate shake, which were both delicious. My companion had the chicken strips and commented on how lightly breaded they were, with a pleasing flavor. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The woman at the drive-thru was very rude and didn't give us a moment to decide what we wanted. The chicken was extremely dry, and the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while. However, the worst aspect, aside from the poor quality of the food, was the service at the window; they failed to provide us with our complete order, and we had to knock on the window for them to correct it. If I could give a zero-star rating, I certainly would. I will not be returning.

The smallest burger I've ever encountered, aside from those at White Castle. I requested well-done fries to ensure they would be hot, but instead, the staff pulled out fries from a bin that had clearly been sitting there for at least the ten minutes I waited. When I asked if she could place them in the fryer to warm them up (they were extremely cold), she flat-out refused, saying, "I have to sell those first." Overall, the food and service were disappointing.

Their breakfast was awful, they put enough mayo on a breakfast sandwich to make a big bowl of potato salad! The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all this a.m. I already feel sick to my tummy!

Excellent service. Very nice and friendly staff, especially the lady that clears the tables who is very attentive to all customers' needs. Enjoyed the breakfast and the lunch menus.
