Surf Taco Red Bank

The Baja bowl is my favorite item on the menu and definitely the best value since it comes with chips! The tacos and burritos are also outstanding. There’s truly something for everyone here. Takeout was seamless as well. I do wish they would collaborate with the neighboring businesses to reserve two parking spots for pickup after 5:00 p.m. I parked there anyway and ran in, but the parking enforcement is pretty strict in the area.

If I could give the literally a negative star, I would literally stand around all around laughing and absolutely do nothing when I went to order eating on my lunch break, the people who work in this place are extremely rude job and I don't know if they were simply left unfit or if they are simply not interested in doing the job as they are doing. I waited for almost 30 minutes to eat when my break was almost over, because they were all just joking around and not waiting to see the customers.

I gave them the 2 stars because my kids like the bean and cheese burrito. Outside of that, the burritos keep getting pricier and skimpier. I used to love the Jenks burrito, smothered. But they started shorting me on the chicken, and filling the burrito with rice. Today I ordered the buffalo soldier, and there was ONE piece of chicken. We used to eat this weekly but it isn?t worth it anymore.

Food was super fresh and the employees were helpful. The restaurant and outdoor dining tables were very clean. It 's a weird thing to say but my only complaint is that the chicken tender tacos were too big to take a bite out of without being awkward (but that 's a good problem to have).

I love surf taco but it's always kind of a mess there. Hand sanitizer empty. posters up for a nacho special that day good for the whole month of November (it's JUNE! . Makes me wonder how up to date their cleaning is... Food is pretty tasty though and with the street closed off to cars it's a nice little area.
