Stopped in for a bite before a show at the Count Basie. The porter braised coffee rubbed short rib grilled cheese sandwich is legit the best sandwich I 've ever had. Wings with the crazy rub were perfection. Fries were crispy and hot. Overall great vibe for a Sunday night. Need to come back when they have live music. View all feedback.
What Brandon E doesn't like about Jamien's:
Listen, I like this bar overall, the food isn't bad at all, the drinks are reasonably priced and they often have music. Where I think they lose it for me is the service. This is a bar for regulars, many regulars. Most of which are older. The last few times I have been I've had to literally wave my money/card in the air just to get the attention of the bartenders, and it's not because they were absolutely slammed, the... Jami as is a home run every time. The place is just cool, big bar lots of room and they have some tables chairs and booths to sit and have a fun time with live music and great bar food. In the nicer seasons the outdoor bar is a great spot. The bar tenders are great and you won't wait long to get your drink. The entire staff are fast and friendly. I like Jamian's and you'll probably like it too.
Jamian's is the best place in town for grabbing drinks, enjoying delicious pork nachos, and having engaging conversations with my spouse. The atmosphere is just right - relaxed yet vibrant. There are indoor and outdoor seating options, suitable for any weather. The bartenders are exceptional, always offering a good time with their friendly and welcoming service. Additionally, the live bands they feature really enhance the overall experience.
I was taken to this restaurant for an evening of food, trivia, and to watch the Phillies play against Houston. The place was busy, but we managed to find two seats at the bar, which was nice. We looked over the menu and decided to share a pizza, french onion soup, and a pulled pork sandwich. Everything came out at the same time, which was a bit inconvenient as it made eating the soup less enjoyable, but we still managed to eat it. The pizza was delicious with a crispy crust, and the pulled pork sandwich was equally as tasty. The trivia was enjoyable, with my partner answering most of the questions but I was able to contribute in some categories as well. We were at a disadvantage compared to other larger groups, but it was still a fun experience. Overall, it was a good spot for an evening out. However, I must mention that it did get louder when some Rangers fans arrived during trivia, despite the host asking for quiet during the final rounds.
We tried a variety of appetizers and some pizza at this restaurant. The food, overall, was good, typical bar food. We stopped here for drinks before a show at the Count Basie. The drinks and food came out quickly, and the place was bustling with excitement for the upcoming band. It was a cool spot to hang out. The only downside was the $20 cover charge to stay for the band, which we found to be excessive.
Got some drinks here last week, gets pretty busy. There's bands and they got an area in the back kinda outside. Friendly service and everything, next time gotta try the food
