They have restored my faith in humanity. I and my wife were on our luck and we? again share an egg and cheese sandwich and coffee We were a little short but instead of taking off the coffee they entrust us and we have written our bag with an additional sandwich with fun on it! And it was amazing? great place super ppl??????

I just went to Gems in Middletown to Union Ave to buy a chicken sandwich on a role. That was the best sandwich I ever had. It was made perfect. And the chicken wasn't hard or thick. Perfecto! And they even warmed the chicken so easily to take the cold out of it. The sandwich was made with love. And I own a catering company so I know how to make food with love. Good job guys and girls!

Trash customer service. But don't be mad at her, I'm sure the owner won't pay them. So you get what you're paying for this place.

This is the third time I?ve been here and the girl that works there is so rude. I always order scrambled eggs with cheese. Each time it?s this huge deal. The last time I got it but I had to take 10 minutes to explain to the cook what the difference is between that and a cheese omelet. This morning I ordered this again and I didn?t get it again the women behind the counter was so rude and told me I?m wrong that this is scambled eggs and I got so annoyed that she?s arguing with me I said forget it and just left it?s so annoying never again HORRIBLE Customer service
