I have been eating here for the last 20 years, each and every meal has been consistently delightful. The ownership has been committed to serving great creative meals, with a warm and friendly greeting. The homemade bread sticks are a must but are to be ordered in advance. Pizza.pasta,or fish. Yummy. Be prepared to wait to be seated. But worthwhile. Cheers View all feedback.
What Ern M doesn't like about Front Street Trattoria:
We decided to stop here after craving some pizza. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite crowded, and we were informed that there was a 30-minute wait. Since it was dinner time... View all feedback.
The marinara sauce is fantastic. The chicken parmesan sandwich was enjoyable, though the breading had a slight kick of pepper. On the downside, we arrived at 12:30 and they were...

Food Food Food ..no frost what you order wonderful. Drinks and staff always friendly and laugh!
As soon as we were seated, we ordered a pizza for an appetizer so it would arrive quickly, knowing it takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare. Our server was friendly and provided helpful suggestions about the menu. We also ordered some bread for the table, which is complimentary but must be requested. The pizza (tomatillo poblano) was outstanding, and our entrees were just as delicious. We tried the eggplant parmesan, chicken trattoria, salmon special, and a side of eggplant meatballs. The meatballs were a standout dish—I’d order those again in a heartbeat, alongside the pizza. The other entrees were decent but a little overcooked for our taste. Don’t miss out on dessert! Their ricotta cheesecake is fresh and light, making for a perfect ending to the meal. Overall, I would definitely return to Front Street. The service was attentive and friendly, and the ambiance was lively—ideal for a casual celebration like ours. A couple of tips: the entrance is located at the back, so don't worry if you think you're at the pizza pickup spot. There's also a nearby parking lot, and you only have to pay from 9 AM to 6 PM, which is very convenient if you're driving.
Delicious food and outstanding service! In Red Bank, new restaurants often come and go, but Front Street Trattoria remains a staple, consistently providing fresh and innovative cuisine along with a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere. I appreciate that their menu features unique dishes rather than just the usual Italian options. The pizzas are absolutely fantastic! It's also a wonderful spot to bring friends and family, and if there’s a wait for a table, it's certainly worth it. Plus, if you prefer to stay in, you can always order takeout and savor the best food at home!
