Dunkin' - Red Bank

Terrible experience. Two kids working there were total jerks. I own a business. I 'd want to know if the people I hired acted like jerks. I asked one of the kids what his name was. After pausing for several seconds, as if to think of a name to give me,he said Daniel . Then he laughed. I asked if there was a manager available to speak to? I was told Daniel was the manager. Iasked in disbelief you 're the manager? He said to me bro, do I look like a manager? I told him he must not care much abouthis job. He said he didn 't because he was quitting soon anyway. The other kid laughed hysterically at his antics. Terribleexperience. These two 16 year olds probably shouldn 't he scheduled to work at the same time. They need adult supervision.

The worst experience ever. An employee name Rosa rolled her eyes on me when i asked for oatmilk. And also she said we can?t do it. Asked for no sugar they put sugar. Never again?.

The food was good (alright) but the workers had a little attitude and I ask for ketchup and they didn?t gave me any. I?ve been to a better dunkin? donuts!

When I walked in the staff didn 't even acknowledge me for 5 minutes. I was the only customer there. Not even a 'Hello, I 'll be right with you. We are a little backed up. I made sure I was visible. It was as if whoever was responsible for first contactwith customers was silently saying "Get out and take your unwelcome money with you, AND DON 'T COME BACK! So I did, and I won 't.And this isn 't the first time I 've experienced this kind of contemptuous temperament at this location. Thanks for the backhandedmotivation to eat healthier.

Usually pretty quick in the mornings. Sometimes they take a little longer when they only have 2 people working, but there's lot much you can do about that. Only complaint is when they only lightly toast their bagels, so I don't get that nice crunch I wantfrom a toasted bagel
