I just LOVE their thin crust pie! When you think about an iconic Jersey pizza, this is what they're talking about! Also, I am a local teacher and it there were a lot of students from my school there. My school is in a different town...not Red Bank. This shows that neighboring towns are willing to forgo their own town pizzerias in order to get the real deal from Brothers. Yeah. It's THAT GOOD! I absolutely love the thin shrimp scampi and sausage with garlic pizza at this restaurant. The crust is thin and flavorful, and the clams in garlic butter sauce were delicious as well. They also have a bar, making it a great spot for families. I have been coming here for years and will definitely continue to do so.
The prices are starting to get high for certain items. We spent $25 on the dish shown in the picture. Despite that, we had a good time and found it to be a great place for anyone, at any time.
During our visit to our family in New Jersey, we dined at this restaurant where we used to eat when we lived there. It was the 4th of July and the kitchen was bustling with takeout orders, causing us to wait 45 minutes for our pizza. Despite having different owners and being heavier on the cheese than we remembered, the pizza was still delicious. The restaurant seemed to be a popular spot for locals, which added to the cozy atmosphere.
Found this place by accident, very pleasant place. 12pm on a Saturday afternoon and completely empty. The bar was full though! Large, spacious, nice atmosphere. Surprisingly alot of different choices on menu.Food was fresh and everything tasted good. Waiter was fast and polite. Seems like a great family restaurant. If I'm ever back in this area again. I'd come back for sure.
