Stopped by here on the way back from Kylemore Abbey. Food was fine. Couldn’t help but notice the Indian family with a special needs daughter leave the bar after waiting at the table with no service for 30 minutes, while white families were waited on that came in AFTER this family. Lovely friendly pub with great food. Plenty of parking across the road. Supermarket next door as well as a lovely craft shop.

I went to this restaurant for lunch. The smoked salmon and scone were both delicious choices! The ham and cheese toastie was okay, but the ham was sliced right off the bone. The vegetable soup was just average.
Margaret and Eva were extremely welcoming and helpful when we arrived. They are wonderful people and the food was excellent. We wish we could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Small pub in the middle of nowhere. Warm service and simple but tasty local cuisine. Nice discovery.
