From the glean no more, from the good cuisine in less...without tarnishing the image of the noble Kebab (grec, Tunisian...or Turkish , I remain on the image of the Kebab of Paris 60 years ago (rue de la huchette, etc. where we knew what we were eating, where it came from and under what conditions of hygiene it was pepared. The European rules have passed this way, a shame that we are compelled to these unsettled rules... View all feedback.
