What a pity that being a nice place, the staff makes you leave with a bad taste in your mouth and you don't want to return. The maitre d' is unpleasant, arrogant and rude, a bad attitude in a restaurant that is in a town, since it is the first thing that is said there when you comment on the restaurant. Worth to go and have lunch here when in the Region. Food was delicious and service kind and good.
We have really enjoyed our dinner in la fundación . Every dish was delicious, fresh and presented by profesional very kind waiters. Many thanks, it was a perfect evening (5 stars without any doubt).

Superb restaurant, something different from the classic Spanish food of central Spain. The creativity, quality and taste couldn’t be better. Kind and warm service. Update. Second visit and confirms it’s excellent offer.
Amazing place! Service on another level from what you’ll experience in the area. The degustation menu is not too large and full of interesting dishes and taste. Will come again 100
