What Stephanie Stewart doesn't like about Reads Landing Brewing:
Stopped in to have a few beers and appetizers. Since we didn’t order a “meal” we had to sit in the yard on a picnic table in the grass vs on the solid surface patio. Excessive flies. Server was rude. Bartender was very personable and helpful. We left after one beer and split an appetizer. We had intended to spend more time and . View all feedback.

The patio deserves a perfect 5-star rating! It offers a stunning view of the Mississippi River. The restaurant is housed in a charming old building from the 1800s. The food was quite enjoyable, and my sons really liked...

I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant, but I might have to give it another try another time. I ordered a beer sampler and an appetizer, and I let the server know that we would keep the menu to decide on additional drinks. We finished our six 4 oz pours, but our appetizer still hadn't arrived, even though other tables who ordered after us were being served. Eventually, our appetizer was delivered by the kitchen staff, and it felt like we had been forgotten, with no apologies from the staff. We had planned to spend over $75 but ended up leaving after only spending $25. Their loss, really.
As for the mahi-mahi tacos, they were quite disappointing—just two small pieces of over-fried fish piled with a lot of romaine lettuce and aioli, all served on a cold tortilla. I found a bone in my fish just two bites in, and when I mentioned it to the server, she told me that’s just how they come. Not wanting to risk finding another bone, I decided not to eat it. They did offer to comp 50% off the tacos, which was a nice gesture. The atmosphere of the place is enjoyable, but it really needs a deep clean. Overall, it was not the experience we hoped for.
