Tasteless food, worst pizza I had in my life. Won't dine again!
Great pizzas. Friendly and not overbearing service. Felt really relaxed not rushed
This is the forth time in year which I've dined at Zero Degrees, purely because I really enjoy the food, drink and ambiance. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Great food and environment !! It came out so quickly, and tasted great. the staff were friendly and very attentive when we had an issue with our payment. We will definitely come back!
We ordered Thai green mussel with bread and pizza. The flavour of the mussel was ok, a little bit too salty. It served with plain white roll.... We could see 2 flies flying around with the buzzing sound!

It was a night to remember. From the time we went to the bar and had a gin and tonic to being served our food the staff were professional , friendly and helpful too. The food was packed with flavour and every mouthful was delicious. I was blown away by the level of technique and the balance of flavours. I would recommend this establishment if you are considering Italian. This is the place for you.
Food was lovely and the lunch deal was more than reasonable however possibly the worst service I have ever received in a restaurant. Greeted by a manager who was sat down, on a laptop and eating a baguette. Wasn’t shown to a table and was told to “just sit anywhere”. Received menus from a waitress without any conversation not even a hello or offering of drinks. Ordered food and drinks and then was left no one came to see if our food was okay, we had to get up to ask for more sauce and had great difficulty trying to get anyone’s attention for the bill. Once paid, there was mo word of thanks, have a nice day or farewell. Such a shame as the food was lovely and I was considering hiring the private area for a birthday however the service I received has ensured I will not be returning at any point
Hour and a half wait for mains, then one of our party is told her choice is no longer available after 90 mins wait, and within minutes they try and send the rest of the mains to our table. Add to that being incorrectly billed for. Shame really as the food was overall fairly good, but the staff struggled under pressure. Very disappointing. When Zero Degrees get it right they are fantastic, but when they get it wrong... it's not great
We used to go there quite often. But now cleanliness and service dropped a lot. Dirty tables. Dirty glasses. Service terrible. Pizza still ok.
Went for some drinks and bits of food with a few mates, hadn't been for about a year but the place has really improved, service is much better, food is good and the general atmosphere/vibe has definitely improved.

I recently dined at Zero Degrees for the last time this year, as I always enjoy the food, drinks, and ambiance there. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Good furnishings, atmospheres and friendly staff. Good drinks, especially beers. Beverage orders were somewhat slow, but overall a good experience.
