I have tried all the non vegetarian indian restaurants in reading, Papadoms is miles ahead better than any off the others don’t be like me originally put off by... read more I have tried all the non vegetarian indian restaurants in reading, Papadoms is miles ahead better than any off the others don’t be like me originally put off by the outside decor, when inside you receive a warm welcome from Robbie and his lovely family, the food is 5 stars plus having eaten there for the past 9 months weekly i would look nowhere else the price is within keeping with the other non vegetarian indian restaurants but the food towers above

We were regulars until five years ago when we moved 160 miles away. In Reading yesterday for the first time in ages, and meeting a pal, it had to be a return to Pappadams for lunch. We ate lightly no gut busting blowout this time but the quality was right up there; simply lovely authentic cooking and cheerful attentive service. Owner Robbie and his family should take a bow: Pappadams remains right at the top of its game.
