Been going to these guys for years, never had any bad... read more You just cant go wrong with ITSU. Whenever I fancy some sushi or ramen, my safety blanket is always them. Been going to these guys for years, never had any bad experiences. I do whish they would have some delas once in a while at least, to make it a bit more affordable.

I am very positive about the self serve touchscreen machines you pick up your food, put in... read more I've visited this itsu several times, and have had mixed experiences. I am very positive about the self serve touchscreen machines you pick up your food, put in what you've got on the machine, pay, and then you can leave! No waiting whatsoever, perfect for anxious people. However, the food isn't always very fresh tasting, especially the hot stuff, and there's often gaps in the fridges. This is understandable it's a high foot traffic area but the less than fresh food is less understandable. There's a wide variety of seating and the toilets are absolutely fine. Itsu is quite expensive, so I'd recommend going for a treat rather than speedy fast food.

The food has always been nice, but it is not fresh. It is quite overpriced for convenience food. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is quite clean and well stocked with condiments. The portions look small but they’re very filling.

The chicken thai rice tubes were nice, but overall not worth the money.
