Wendy's - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Today there was a man who complained to find a long hair in his burger and to ask for a refund. the management has not recognized the customer, does not apologize or gave him a free meal. one of the hired wore no hat or had her long hair up. she made only eating with her long frizzy hair everywhere and management allowed this. it is about management.sad, very sad can not find good administration. The $5 meal is great on a budget. but one the led to another...It all starts with the French fries..dipped in a chocolate junior Frosty.. mmm. while the fries are hot the mix is just right. I added a small chili w/cheese and it just hit the spot on a cold and rainy day. Followed by spicy nuggets with ranch and Wendy, your bacon cheeseburger usually makes it til later in the evening but I just couldn't resist. Thanks... View all feedback.
