Have eaten many years in this restaurant. The food was great! As usual, but this night it was very delicious. Not sure if they have a new cook/cook, but the food was full of every bite above the best taste. If you go, ask for Amber. She is a great waitress and very knowledgeable for the dishes. I didn't expect greatness but what a disappointment this meal was. It took 20 minutes to get my drink (which was the first order the server took) It was so long the server brought out the Cole slaw that was the side on my meal before I got the drink just to bring something out. The service was a little slow to start with it. We sat in sight for about 20 minutes without waiters or drinks. When Jasmine came by, she did a fantastic job and saved the night for us. The price was slightly higher than we usually spend on a Thursday night, but the value and quality of the meal was worth the price. Cudes to this red lobster.
I usually don't have any problems here, but last time, my food was terrible. My daughter ordered the same and she was great. Our wonderful server, who didn't bring us the food, took it back and let my food be restored. The second time it was great. All other food was on the spot!!!
The food was great. The waitress was personal, fast and with everything very well kept. The hostesses were also human. The restaurant was clean and the ambience was beautiful.
I love this restaurant, Ultimate Feast is my favorite dish, 99% of the time of service was very good, the servers are friendly and patient. Fortunately, they have a place in the Berks area where lobster and shrimp are their speciality.
Very nice.the food was very good and the service was good too I love their biscuits .
