Mcdonald's - Reading

Food at McDonald's taste very good, but not very healthy.

I don?t usually eat McDonald?s but I ate here for a week straight because the food was fresh every time! It is a bit of a wait but I think it?s funny how people can wait in Chikfila?s long line be patient for fresh food ? I personally don?t mind the wait if my food is going to be fresh. Thank you, to this location, for actually giving me my money?s worth!

It was horrible. Food was cold. Made us wait. Gave us the wrong order. After we had the wrong order. They took the bags we had wrong and gave them to another family. When we finally got our order. I said home this not cold. The manager. Said so. Guess what our food was cold.

We chose to use their ordering stations and get breakfast on this visit. This was in the middle of the afternoon and it was quite busy. The inside is *very* nice. There are quite a few options as far as seating goes; tables and booths and high tables and half booth/half table. Clearly capable of accommodating patrons in wheelchairs. You may go up to the counter to order, or use once of the (six, I believe ordering stations. You then get a plastic tent with a number on it to display at your table and a server will bring your order to you. I didn 't give five states because I 'd ordered two breakfast burritos and the ends were hard and not warm by the time they got to us, and my milkshake head obviously been sitting for a bit. They have a large play area for children, which also had tables in it for parents to eat at, as well as a television playing Spongebob Squarepants . There is a glass wall and door to the play area, but some of the parents were going in and ot of the area constantly and the door was left open, so it was rather noisy. (Honestly the noise didn 't bother me at all, so I felt no compunction to close the door. If other patrons were bothered, they didn 't show it. The seating ran almost ther complete length of the building with the counter in the middle, so nobody need sit near the play area if they so choose. My husband 's order was fine, and it 's a McDonald 's, so you know what to expect as fast as the food goes. The decor was quite nice, and as I hadn 't ever been inside of this location, I was pleasantly surprised. There play area goes up to the ceiling with a huge climbing play structure that looked pretty fun, and the children all seemed to enjoy it. Again, you can sit at thre back of the restaurant and not even see it if you 're averse. Really quite nice for a McDonald 's!

The place is pretty dirty like the service is a hit or miss but they are severely understaffed everytime i go like today i waited 30 minutes for a mcflurry and i ended up leaving bc it took too long Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
