What Gregory Fay doesn't like about McDonald's:
They messed up my order again. I ordered a Big Mac with extra pickles and extra cheese. I got a Big Mac with just cheese and pickles. No extras, no lettuce, no onion, no big Mac sauce. What is that? And the kicker was we waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs. View all feedback.
Service wasn't great at drive thru, waited several minutes just to order the food, and then had to wait 10 minutes or more to get food, and they didn't give me a card for a free burger, fries. I'm sure they were short staff.
I miss living near this McDonalds because they are so much better than the one closest to my home. Food was extremely hot and tasted fresh.
We ordered a bundle box, and everything was delicious. The manager there, Isiah was very helpful and nice as well.
They don't have the special pies that the Ephrata and NJ locations have, like the strawberry cream cheese pie currently advertised. They acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about.
The best big mac I have eaten for years! the mcrib was also quite good. food: 5/5
