What Matthew likes about Libby's Bbq:
Half rack ribs and fries Was worried after reading the other reviews but it was actually quite nice, heavy black pepper to counter the sweet bbq sauce, the meat was tender and most importantly I didn't get sick ????. Fries were just ok, seasoning was a little light and fries weren't crispy at all. Really good value, way better than fifth street Applebee ribs for sure View all feedback. I placed a grubhub order. when the driver went to pick it up and a half hour after I placed my order the driver is informed that they do not have my order. My order had to be canceled and notification said because they didnt have an item. Maybe instead of canceling the order call the customer. it was literally canceled 15 to 25 minutes before I was due to receive it. Poor customer Service View all feedback.

My dinner was 40 minutes late, brisket was dry, beans tasted like right out of the can and Cole slaw had no taste. Never again and over priced.
