The only Chick-fil-A I ever had a bad experience. And it was several times. Tonight was no exception and a reminder of why I have to stop coming here. At first they missed something from our food in the order and as we missed my poor sister on her dinner. Second, the frits were a limp, mushy stack. Very fast and super service, my only complaint is the drive thru, you need a room for the people who pull out after the order can get out so that some people in this room to cut the line because they are unconsidered and selfish. The drive thru must be organized a little more.
