Was Carmel Haag at Chick-fil-A a mag?
It was good, it was not cheap but it was really good. It was super packed because kids got off school early. It is not usually super packed, it can be really packed but that is the worst I have seen it packed. There was one table left and I got it thankfully. Otherwise it was an amazing experience, grilled chicken was a bit weird. Don't recommend trying grilled chicken with chick fil a sauce. View all feedback.

What Wilhelm Weimann dislikes about Chick-fil-A:
I crossed the road and asked multiple times for a cookie with honey butter. However, the girl mistakenly placed the honeycomb cutter commentary on the jelly, which prevented the order from being processed correctly. As a result, I didn’t receive my cookies with honey butter. The service was good and timely, but they don't repeat orders, leading to a mix-up with what I actually ordered. View all feedback.

1 hour in line is not ideal for fast eating. I will not come back until this is fixed and there are no ways to get out of the line if they don't want to wait.

Best Chick-fil-A in BERKS. Can’t wait for the new and improved building to open up!

If I could give it more stars I would. Never disappointed when we go here which is quite frequently (when it was open- we cannot wait for the reopening! always great, quick service and always satisfied with our meal!

Went through the drive-through around 10 p.m. and it only took about 10-15 minutes total. They forgot to give us one of our drinks, so we parked and ran in with the receipt and they quickly, politely got it for us. All the food tasted fine! ??

This restaurant has a strong reputation for good service and punctuality, however, there have been some mixed experiences with order accuracy. The store is currently closed for a remodel that will hopefully alleviate previous traffic issues. The food is consistently good, although some dishes received mixed reviews. The Southwest chicken salad seems to be a favorite among customers. Despite some occasional mistakes with orders, the overall consensus is that Chick-fil-A is a reliable option for a tasty meal.

Ah, Chick fil A, ye fast food restaurant of 1,000 sauces and staunch Christian values. The service here is top notch. Always has been, always will be. Their training of young people has got to be off the chain. Everyone is so damn respectful and accommodating here. I think if anyone ever got poor service at Chick fil A, THAT would make national news, because it'd be so out of the ordinary. But let's just talk about the food for a minute. And perhaps more importantly, value. I never feel like I get a good value at Chick fil A. Like, a plain little chicken patty on a bun is $4.00. A chicken wrap is $6.85. You can find chicken sandwiches for a dollar or two at any other fast food restaurants. I know just writing this I'm going to get a ton of flak. I can feel it in my bones. But can we also talk about sauces, too? Polynesian? Revolting. It's a ketchup gloopy mess. Even the signature Chick fil A sauce is a lazy combination of BBQ, honey mustard, and ranch. On paper, I guess that should taste good? Wait, no, it shouldn't. It sounds awful, and it is awful. That concoction should be reserved for Gitmo prisoners. If you want to torture someone, feed them Chick fil A sauce and they will talk, I guarantee it. Sorry, but I have to admit you can get better chicken sandwiches at Popeye's and Bojangles less than five miles away on Fifth Street. I don't think people are aware that we have the northernmost Bojangle's location in the entire country. In fact, the one in Reading, PA is the only location in PA, and the next closest is in New Carrollton, MD 138 miles away. People don't know what they have here! Ok, so here's my controversial take of the day I'd rather have better food and mediocre service than mediocre food and great service. I'd rather go to Popeye's and get a bangin' sandwich that I'll dream about over the A service at Chick fil A coupled with a sub par sandwich. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

ALWAYS BUSY! I don't think I've ever drove by and there wasn't a line. The only reason I come to this one is because I always order on the app and just go inside and pick it up. (I used to go to the one at the mall but they stopped doing curbside pick-up. No way I'm waiting in that line (always wrapped around the building and sometimes even on the main road. They do have a good team working there though. So many workers outside ready to help and take your order. Despite having so many patrons they are very organized and even in the drive-through they match the order with the car every step of the way. My food always comes out accurate, hot and fresh. My only wishes are that they had the drive-through where two people can order at the same time, and if you order through the app you can skip the line all together. I don't see the point of ordering online if you still have to sit in the line with those that haven't ordered yet.

The First Lady on the coms just didn't seem like she wanted to be there and then when we pulled up to go get our food after paying the car next to us was handed a order under the name Christina which was the name of the order so at that point my mom asked the car next to us if that was there correct order not wanting them to take our food by accident and suddenly in a rude ton we here one the workers say it right I didn't get them wrong. She then shoved our food at my mom and says bye with the worst attitude. To add the cherry on top our order was wrong. So I will not be returning to this establishment. Thought they were supposed to be nice or at-least decent to there guest.

Good food. However, Lost two stars due to the new camera setup at the drive thru area. The employees located at the pick up area were laughing at customers who were ordering. It was embarrassing and it was unnerving. No adult management supervision just kids commenting loudly and laughing. CEO what were you thinking?

I have been to Chick-fil-A 's all over this country and this is by far the worst location I 've ever been to. I 've been in Reading for the last two weeks and have been to this location 3 times, once for breakfast and twice for lunch. The day I went for breakfast, I ordered the egg white grill. For starters, it was stone cold. Second, the chicken was like eating rubber. It was inedible. I had to throw it away when I got back to my hotel. My first venture there for lunch, I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal with the kale salad. The chicken was once again like rubber. I don 't know what 's going on here, but two times in a row I get bad chicken? Today I went for lunch and got the same thing; grilled chicken sandwich meal with kale salad. This time, I asked to add pickles to my sandwich. They repeated my order back to me and got it correct. I get my food in the drive thru, go back to the hotel only to discover they 've given me the wrong sandwich. The label on the box was correct, but it wasn 't the sandwich I ordered. Aside from the terrible food experiences, this is also the only location where I 've had to wait in the drive thru line for a decent amount of time. Additionally, not one single staff member has been even remotely friendly when I 've gone through the drive through. No smiles, no friendly greetings, not even the traditional my pleasure when I say thank you. If it wasn 't for the sign out front, I 'd almost question if this was a Chick-fil-A.

I've been enjoying the Southwest chicken salad several times a week, always with two creamy salsa dressings. I usually have it for lunch or dinner, and it's always delicious! It costs $10.28, but it's definitely worth every penny. Food: 5, Service: 4.

I love the chicken tenders and waffle fries here. The dine-in service is excellent. Came for brunch, and the experience was great. Price per person is around $10–20. Food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a perfect 5-star rating. Definitely recommend trying the waffle fries!

Waiting an hour in line is not acceptable for a fast food place. I won't be returning until this issue is resolved. Plus, there's no way to leave the line if you decide you don't want to wait.

The restaurant is currently closed for renovations. I overheard a staff member mention that they acquired part of the Chili's parking lot and plan to turn the building around while adding a double drive-thru. I'm really hopeful that these changes will improve the traffic problems that the previous layout had. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently good!
