On the 5th street. Average service times, building is dirty. Staff don't care if they say it's dirty or soda or ketchup. Updating 4/17/19 building is still dirty. This is quite obvious with the dust on the monitors that have the menus. Very clear they were never cleaned. Today the frits and chicken nuggets were boiled, very boiled. The order was wrong. Sandwiches were good, but not too warm. Lived place today at 2:00. It took more than 5 minutes to get our order.
Got 3 ice cream sundaes. They were nice in size and very delicious. Me and the kids all enjoyed our sundaes.
As of my visit on April 17, 2019, the cleanliness has not improved; the dust on the menu monitors is evidence that they are not being cleaned. My recent experience included overcooked fries and chicken nuggets, which were boiled to an unappetizing degree. Additionally, my order was incorrect. I pointed this out right after placing it; when I asked about the price difference, I was told not to worry. However, the item they claimed was more expensive actually was—by just 10 cents, but the principle bothered me as she didn't even check. Both the hamburgers I ordered were poorly made and slightly cold. Overall, the quality of the food has declined, and it seems management does not prioritize cleanliness or food quality. I'm left wondering how this establishment passes health code inspections.
The food was decent, but the service was extremely slow. My dining companion had to call the manager over three times just to sort out a simple order.
I tried the two-for-six deal and the Whopper, and both were fresh, hot, and tasted fantastic! Great job, Burger King!
