I called to ask in English if I could reserve a table for tomorrow. I was met with an unfriendly response. I was told that it is Christmas in Bulgaria. I understand that it is Christmas, but there are many countries where restaurants remain open during this time. I believe that rudeness has no place during the holiday season. Where is the Christian kindness?
