Today I had a meal at Holzer's (grilled neck with a side dish) where the steak was grilled and heated in the microwave. After I refused the dish, the waiter came back and explained that the cook said the steak was freshly grilled (unfortunately, this was not true). I didn't eat the meal, but I still had to pay for it. I don't think this is professional and correct on the part of the host. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–15
Beware of scams, check your bill before you pay! Yesterday afternoon, August 17, we ordered the following: 1 draft beer, 1 ice tea, 1 cola, 1 Ora. Without checking we paid € 15, . Because we paid 8 9 euros for such an order elsewhere in Slovenia, we checked the receipt after payment: 1 draft beer, 1 icetea, 2 ! Coke, 2 ! Ora. The cola and Ora were therefore double on the receipt. When inquiring with the waitress, the double coke turned out to be a mistake, this was refunded. The cause of the double Ora Slovenian Fanta would be that we had had 0.2 liters, so 2 times 0.1 liters. Nonsense of course, this was pure fraud to charge 2 extra drinks. The double Ora is NOT refundable. Hopefully this is a warning to other guests. The drinks, location and the terrace were fine.
Disastrous service, you wait a long time, if you're lucky one of the waiters knows a Slovenian word. As for the food, the pizzas are OK, the rest of the food is a disaster...
