Up In Smoke - Rayville

This place is a simple food truck setup with a few picnic tables outside, but the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is above average. The barbecue is pretty fantastic. The service can be a bit slow for a walk-up food truck, but the food is fresh. The only downside is the seating and drink situation. It’s often better to eat in your car. You can buy drinks here, but you have to go to the service station to get them, which is a bit of a strange arrangement.

The food was outstanding, and the restaurant's setup reminded me of something you’d see on the Food Network; it feels like one of those hidden gems. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit!
