The staff, including the cashier, drink maker, and cook, were all friendly, and two of them expressed their gratitude for my visit. The place was clean, and the food was tasty.

My husband waited in the drive-thru for 11 minutes just to place his order, having to say "hello" twice before anyone answered the intercom. When he finally got to the window, the employee told him, "next time, just deal with it." This isn’t the first bad experience we've had here. Although it’s close to our home, we definitely won’t be coming back.

Moreover, there seems to be an increase in young children and teenagers loitering outside, which can feel a bit uncomfortable.
