They were seasoned perfectly, they peel effortlessly, and they are the perfect size. I'm thankful every day that Crawfish Hut in Rayne was closed the other day because if they weren't, I probably would have never stumbled across this gem because Crawfish Hut USE to be my favorite place! Not anymore! They definitely have some competition now!!
