Hawk's - Rayne
Hawk's
Description
Hawk's restaurant has garnered a mix of acclaim and criticism, primarily for its crawfish offerings. While many patrons appreciate the vibrant atmosphere and attentive service, their opinions on the crawfish vary dramatically. Some diners find the large, well-cleaned crawfish somewhat overpriced and lacking in ideal seasoning, noting that traditional preparations often deliver more flavor. Others praise the boiled crawfish as excellent, highlighting the restaurant’s commitment to cleanliness and preparation. Despite the inconsistencies in seasoning, Hawk's remains a popular destination for those seeking a lively dining experience with a touch of Cajun flair.

The only crawfish better than these are the ones we make at home. The seasoning was excellent, though I wish there had been more garlic. They were cooked perfectly, easy to peel, and had huge claws! However, the price was quite steep—three 5-pound orders and three beers came to over $150 before tip.
If you're in search of delicious, tender, and grit-free crawfish, Hawks is the perfect spot! We used to travel an hour and a half just to enjoy a meal here once a year, but now we're lucky enough to live close by! This restaurant takes great care in serving clean crawfish, and that's precisely what you receive. It's definitely worth the visit!
