Food was great and the place was clean. The service was definitely under par whether due to short staff or lack of care I'm not sure but it wasn't bad enough to deter me from returning and trying again. View all feedback.
What Patricia Smith doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
I ordered a burrito with white rice which was hard and not cooked all the way. Which made it not edible. Vegetables which aren't cooked all the way either. Corn, sour creme which for extra was pretty sparse. Pico salsa and the cheese was missing. So I was pretty bummed there was no cheese. But that might have been my husband's fault. The whole burrito looked like a ball it was wrapped really weird. The chicken was ju... View all feedback.
Laurie and Malaysia did an excellent job of introducing me to QDOBA. The spicy honey chicken and the cookie were both fantastic!
Awful experience. The manager had a terrible attitude. I drove 45 minutes only to find out they had run out of rice—none at all. They said it would take 20 minutes to cook more at 7 PM, even though they don’t close until 10 PM. It’s no wonder so many places are shutting down. There wasn’t enough food for three bowls, and when I asked if I could have mine without rice, they said it wouldn’t be enough and I would still be charged full price. There were no beans or anything else available at 7 PM. It’s really disappointing. Employees were busy on their phones, which was frustrating. I’m really sad about this; my family will no longer be going to QDOBA.
Our group of five adults and two kids waited in line for about 15 to 20 minutes, but the staff didn't seem particularly motivated to prepare the food quickly. We noticed the manager hanging out in the back, not doing much to help. We felt that at the very least, they could have stepped in at the cash register. I understand that many places are short-staffed right now, but it’s hard to justify a $15 minimum wage for those who work at such a slow pace. Just my two cents.
Big burritos, and fairly decent service. However, the flavors are a bit bland. Also, some of the items on the serving line looked pretty old, so I stayed away from those items.

Corn, sour creme which for extra was pretty sparse. Pico salsa and the cheese was missing. So I was pretty bummed there was no cheese. But that might have been my husband's fault. The whole burrito looked like a ball it was wrapped really weird. The chicken was just yucky. The texture was rubber. The tortilla was also rubbery. I also got chips and salsa. I hope its better than this sorry burrito ate less than half of. So sad I'm still hungry. Guess I should have read the reviews 1st. Skip it and go elsewhere.
