What User doesn't like about Deepka Indian:
The restaurant was really dirty, more so than any I've ever been to. The chairs looked grimy, and it seemed like the furniture hadn't been cleaned in ages. A rusty lid on the water bottle made me not want to drink water at all. The restroom was disgusting. I’m giving it one star, but only because the food tasted okay. View all feedback.
Lovely food. Fair value for money. The naan was excellent light, fluffy, fresh, not oily at all they must have a proper tandoor back there. The owner is a charming and genuinely hospitable fellow who made us feel very welcome and the service was outstanding. Did I mention the naan... The korma and rogan josh was lovely, and the saffron rice was perfect. And the naan was good too. All up, we felt it was a pretty authentic experience and contrary to our travels in India, we loved the true blue Aussie health inspector certificate on the wall we could even trust the ice and the tap water! Delicious curries, samosas were particularly great and authentic. Friendly service and good value for money. Would happily recommend!
Awful experience. Do not get delivery from this place ever. Refused to deliver our food unless we paid a $50 delivery fee despite being under 20 minutes away. Will never be ordering from this business again.
The most authentic Indian we've had outside of India itself. You must go here and try it out. We will be going back!Vegetarian options: The dhall was delicious
Pls stop using Tofu instead of Paneer and have some mercy on the naans as well….
