Mcdonald's - Raymond

Worst customer service I have experienced! I mistakenly thought I had ordered a large soda and instead of the gal coming back out and letting me know I was mistaken she decided to rudely hand it to my husband and state “maybe next time actually put it on your order.” This is the same employee that was outside minutes earlier flipping off another employee inside the store. Missing a chocolate milk for my son’s happy meal as well. Just rude and unnecessary behavior from the employee!

What to say. A normal McDonald. Looks like everywhere.

They do a good job for the most part here and this is somewhere I eat regularly, there aren't that many local options for lunch. But time after time, I look forward to and pay extra for bacon that I don't receive. If I had added the bacon myself, I would understand. But the sandwich I regularly order is called a bacon quarter pounder, bacon is the first word in the name. Other then not getting what I ordered or paid for, this location is pretty darn solid and better than your average McDonald's.

The best thing about mcd is how well coordinated they are. It's fast effective and almost 100% every time at every location. If I was an exec for another fast food chain. I would figure out how they do it so we'll and steal it.... Are you paying attention Wendys? JITB, BK come on it.cant be that hard, 17 year olds are executing it....

Best customer service around and they are so fast! Way better then most MCD we've gone too. Love stopping for a snack with the doggos!
