Last week, I requested that my iced coffee be stirred, but wh... read more I've been experiencing several issues with customer service lately at this Dunkin' in Raymond, ME. Last week, I requested that my iced coffee be stirred, but when I received it, the mocha and caramel swirls were just streaked down the side of the cup. The woman who served me even went so far as to mock my request. Then today, I asked for a plain bagel with chive cream cheese, toasted dark. Unfortunately, they were out of plain bagels, so I chose an onion bagel prepared in the same way. Instead, I ended up with a multi-grain bagel, toasted dark, but with the cream cheese I requested. To top it off, I found a glove in my bag when I went to grab my bagel.

Sandwiches are consi... read more I work across the street so I have been going in daily for several months now. They have yet to even greet me let alone get my order right. Sandwiches are consistently under undercooked, bagels either have no cream cheese or ten pounds of it. They never remember dark roast. The kid at the counter, he has a weird name, Nunzi or something like that, has the worst attitude I have ever encountered not to mention the fact he comes out of the bathroom every time someone comes in and immediately returns there when they leave. Worst Dunkin on earth.
