Call the one on Garfield in Clinton Township at 8:30 and they said they were closed although their hours were posted for 9 then I called this location which they gladly answered the phone at 8:35 took the order and it was hot and delicious. Beyond rude, gave bad food manager was very unpleasant to me my mom. Christina is the assistant manager just hung up the phone on me. Some other lady mentioned that Trisha is the general manager. Christina is the one that was extremely rude to me when I called back avoiding the phone. She expressed that was had been with chicken shack for 17 years and this location opened up in 2012. We got some ribs, but these were overcooked, making them dry and tough to eat.
Ordered carryout for mothers day and.used their online system, Scheduled for430 pick up ,obviously the food was made way ahead of time since the temp was cool and the food was not fresh and sub par ..They also forgot 1 of my sides of shack potatoes. After getting home and having to drive all the way back to get my order correct. No apologies from staff or management..unfortunately not a happy customer. Been going to this store for years.
Prices went up so high in the past few years but the potatoes are always amazing
Food was horrible, everything was cooked in old greese it stunk up my whole house. We all took 1 bite and had to throw it all out. I will continue to go to Joe's chicken and ribs the best in the area, so disappointed in this chicken shack. We use to go here all the time 10 years ago but stopped when it started to go downhill and started going to Joe's instead. I figured I'd give it 1 more try seeing its by my house but what a fail. This place needs alot of work.
BEST LOCATION BY FAR!!! We don't even go to other chicken shack spots. Literally just wait till we're in the area. Great food, always hot, always fresh.Most places DON'T change their grease and it shows in the dark colored chicken. Here it's always Golden and Crispy.
